TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Only cats that have an up-to-date vaccination certificate against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Feline Flu can be accepted for boarding. Please note vaccinations must be completed 7 days before boarding. Also the date and details of preventative flea and worm treatments as prescribed by your vet should be presented on arrival at the cattery.

2. We must be informed of any recent illness or any veterinary treatment your cat(s) have received prior to arrival and may refuse admittance should your cat(s) be considered a risk.

3. Payment of boarding fees is due on collection by BACs, cash or cheque.

4. In the event of owners returning before the end of the full period booked, no reductions will be given.

5. All cats boarding are insured, however this cover does not extend to pre-existing veterinary conditions. Owners will be responsible for the payment of any veterinary costs incurred.

6. To limit stress and to ensure a safe journey and transfer to our cattery all cats should be transported in a suitable secure cat carrier.

7. Sorry, no uneutered cats over the age of 7 months can be accepted for boarding as they
may present a health risk.
